Its funny. I just recently did a drawing in my art journal of one of those orange and black strips...
I really like those signs. Ours here in Aus look different and are black and white instead.
I love this composition. The Post work gives it a really 80's feel to it. Should check out the group. They have awesome stuff up.

it's almost surreal; arrows pointing in the same direction, ad infinum*.
I always like those detuned colors too...and/or sepia tones.
