Description As the header says, an Alternate Inner Sphere, Kerensky didn't activate Operation Exodus... instead he had the SLDF withdraw into the Terren Hegemony to rebuild the birthplace of Humanity. This allowed for the SLDF to tell the Lyrans, "in for a penny, in for a pound" or "If you take one bite out of the Rim Worlds Republic you have to take the entire State. Thus the RWR is a client state of the Lyran Alliance. The addition of the March Worlds Republic (instead of the Marian Hegemony). The Terran Hegemony has the tech level of the Clans (including the Phenotypes & the Omni-technology). Kerensky still had sent a group from the Inner Sphere to the Clan Homeworlds in the main timeline to establish colonies (found species that would be transplanted into the Terran Hegemony) with the Comstar Exploration Corps. The Colonies under Nichlas Kerensky will create a version of the Clans that are more like the Liao Warrior Houses.
Comstar & the Mercenary Review & Bonding Commission are two neutral organizations that spans the Inner Sphere, the Periphery & Deep Periphery.

This is pretty cool, where did you find a base map to work with? I've never been able to find a full 2750 map to edit for my own AU projects with friends, it's either the sub sections of each nation,  different era, or an entirely different style.

Hi there, I had to make the base (took forever) by taking copy & paste copies of the era maps & using the clip studio paint pro program on my drawing tablet so i can line up the captiol planets to get the sizes right & all lined up. getting rid of the doubles that peer through to make sure that none of the planets are left out of the map! Yah, i'm still dodging those WoB crackpots since they don't like this kind of knowledge getting out. but screw 'em... i'm gonna keep pissing them off till i'm in my late-90s like Focht did. Oh Crap, I just realized that i've got over 50 more years of this left to go!

You know if you still have that base alot of other AU writers could make maps with it, sense the only other completely blank version of the sphere most people can find is the 3145 version of the sphere with things like the wolf empire and such. Just a suggestion as i myself am working on an AU not dissimilar to yours but with major events being different.

I am wondering if, since the Warrior phenotypes are present as you stated, how the Clan breeding programs and artificial wombs would work within Terran Hegemony society. I also find myself wondering if the Aerospace Pilot phenotype would actually get some proper testing and development to actually become useful, since the Clans' bidding system among themselves while isolated in the Kerensky Cluster causing a reduced deployment of aerospace fighters in favor of small battlemech unit engagements is a major reason why the Aerospace Pilot phenotype proved to have little to no effect on performance against their Inner Sphere counterparts in the canon timeline.

Sorry for the late reply, but i was trying to find my notes about this alternate history... sadly i can't find them at the moment (i swear I really hate microsoft at times). But there are a few things i can remember off-hand at the moment, namely the clan phenotypes were something Nicholas' followers in what in the Main TL is the Clan Homeworlds would have developed. if i remember right, Nicholas & his followers took off after his father caught on to his manipulate nature that was causing all kind of chaos & strife behind the scenes and was thus removed from positions of authority/power. we still have the chaos that would lead to the Exodus Civil war that wouldn't be as bad in the Hegemony since the SLDF were holding the Armed Neutrality defense of Hegemony Borders (something that saw limited engagements between SLDF & Successor States that would be exploited by Nicholas' antics that brought about the DeChevalier Massacre that triggered the death of his father.
Nicholas was able to get his followers to engage in an exodus saying that with his father's death, the Star League wasn't able to be saved by staying in the Inner Sphere thanks to the taint of Greed that permeates Sphere & thus they fled before it would be figured out that they had caused the death of the Great Father with Nicholas' behind the scenes manipulations. Thus you get the Clans still being developed separate from the SLDF-in-Exile. Difference is that Andery didn't go with this group, but instead remained in the Inner Sphere to find himself the figurehead that the SLDF would rally around in the aftermath of his father's death. Thus they would build a new society in an effort to get rid of the Taint that destroyed the Star League & killed the Great Man that was his father.
there's more... but i'm about to fallout. i'll post more when i wake up in the morrow! So, have a wonderfully blessed day!

It appears I misread your description, then, as I was under the impression that you alternate Clans (resembling Liao Warrior Houses) with all the relevant tech and Warrior phenotypes were in the Terran Hegemony proper. My mistake, or am I still missing something?
