if, by dA rules, there is -any- question to weather an image should be given the mature filter, then no.
And by "I'm not fond of romance" I mean, no shippings if it can be helped. Lynnra is my avatar, and is basically me with purple hair, so I'm nervous about things like that;;
since if you post the icon of a deviant, it sends a "mention" I don't mind if you don't directly send me a link, just make sure there's a link to me in it ^^

So, how short is her skirt supposed to be? (It seems very "flippable" to me.)

Look at the way I've set up my character sheets for my OC's That might give you a better idea of how I pictured reference sheets... lol

XD it was going to be a page of sketches of her
the skirt [in that outfit] is just passed the fingertips, but hey, it's not my design, or it'd go to the knee
not to mention, the over-coat is a rain slicker, so not much can budge it XD
I intend to make more, of her diff outfits and angles, etc

- How about making it so that her skirt is cut so that it's just above her knees?
- Can you make a basic silhouette of her without her clothes or facial details?
- Is she supposed to be a magic user of some kind? (That's what her hat is telling me.
