Description
This was a design [or similar to a design] I've been planning for a while. I used it as practice with PrismaColor Markers, and I'm quite proud of how it came out ^^the color in the fins is PrismaColor watercolor pencils, outlined with markers, and the darker parts where they overlap was gone over with markers
in each design, there is something I forgot to add XD
