what i'm doing for the assignment due tomorrow.no i didn't slack, i hit a major designer's block till like, this afternoon.
outfit on the left, not me
outfit on the right = me.
will scrap later.

and ive a question. where is everyone getting this assignment from? youre the third person ive seen with a submission of the two opposite designs and being that it is due today. where does the topic come from? are there others?

I like the outfit that is you. There is a problem: I can see these both as you. With the other outfit, consider I dunno, more flesh? A higher cut?
Color will play a huge role too though!

yeah i shortened the hem majorly, and i'm thinking about using a totally random color. like hot pink....i dunno. for some reason i just couldn't break out of my design bubble and challenge myself enough. i attempted to draw a lolita dress even, but it ended up not looking like one
i'm glad you like the one that's me. i love it. fall rolls around and i'm all about the earth colors. and comfortable stylish clothing. it makes me want to go buy sweaters.
anyway, i'm more or less aiming to be out this round, since i know i didn't exactly meet the requirements of the challenge by my iniability to break out of myself.

hmmm...I actually really like the 1st one (not you) but I don't quite think it's enough the opposite of you...
not that I should know because you know you best..lol
but I just think that your lines are so streemlined and elegant and sleek and sophisticated. And I think the cut f the 1st not (not you ) is still very sleek and modern...

yeah, i'm having major issues with this one. i can't draw not like me. no matter what i tried to do, it turned out sleek and sophisticated. i even tried drawing a flippin lolita dress, which was just ....bluh.
i think the first one is more "not me" because of the constriction, but this evening i decided to make it a miniskirt. which i loathe. haha. death to miniskirts. so now it's got kinda s 60s go-go girl feel to it, which i'm kinda groovin on, because none of my stuff looks like that. i had originally designed it to have fur or feathers on it, but i just couldn't do it....
i dunno. since there are 2 ppl being eliminated, i have the feeling that i'm going to be the one going this round.

i'm sure they would have been, but even for the sake of competition, i couldn't bring myself to use fur. i hate it. even fake fur. i think it's tacky. haha.
