So, here's the Rag I adopted from *mechanicalkat ! 8DD We had to make some arts to seal the deal, so here's mine. Rags are a really awesome species and have such a cool concept, so you should definitely check out their species ref here .

As far as mine goes, her name is Leikk (pronounced 'lake'), and she belongs to the ESP tribe. Rags lack most senses in their own forms, so they'll seek out a host to be able to make use of theirs. Leikk is no different, though instead of finding/keeping just one host long-term, she's more of a 'wanderer', keeping several more short-term hosts and jumping off to a new one when she decides she feels like it. How she chooses many of her hosts might come across as a bit altruistic, but that's really not why she does it- many of her hosts are people who are in a good spot of trouble or immediate danger, and she'll 'lend' them her abilities (ESP Rags induce psychic ability in their hosts) to get out of it- so say, for example, you had someone being chased down an alleyway/about to get mugged, she'd possess that person, and then make use of offensive abilities (like telekinesis) to take care of the attackers. 8] She'll then keep this person as a host for some decent amount of time (a very fair tradeoff as far as she's concerned in exchange for 'helping' them). How long depends on how suitable she finds them as a host, as well as her own interest level- when she spots another 'opportunity' she'll often take it, which makes me start to wonder if part of why she does this is because she likes the thrill of it/an excuse to put on a good show with her ESP abilities. >__> (Though, taking a host is definitely not the only time she makes use of them by any means; but it's pretty much a given she will then.)

I had some backstory going on for her but it was kind of... not great, so with Sarah's permission I'm going to tweak things a bit before actually posting it here. >33>! Also thinking I'm going to play with her jewelry designs a bit too, since these were mostly just me randomly trying to figure out how to add more shinies.

I'm really happy with how this turned out! 8DD It's been a looong time since I've done an actual picture like this, but I am quite pleased. These guys are a lot of fun to draw, and I think my favorite part was actually drawing in all her tailspikes, yesssss. 8]
