Download the attached Zip file for the Source GIMP and Photoshop files.You can use the Templates to create things such as [Deviation Buttons] , [Software Buttons] , Group Avatars, Personal Avatars, and all kinds of things.
You have permission to use these Templates to create your own resources, without asking. I would appreciate if you link back here if you use these, so others may also use them.
You may not re-upload any of the included templates, in whole or in part, as your own work.
In the image above, I included some basic deviantART colors that you can use.

What do you mean when you say 're-upload', does that mean just for other people or alltogether?

It means you can't just download the Templates, upload them again without modifying them, and claim that you made them
