I like this; the colours are calming. The blue to yellow works really well in portraying the idea behind it too.
The floating is nice. I'm glad you chose this one. I've always found falling pictures to be a tad cliche (depends on context and use of symbolism, but still.)

i thought about it, and falling it'd rather use it as a pose in an action shot than a deep thinky thing.
it did look a tad waify and "done before" as the falling.

thanks, it's different colors than i usually do. i've been trying to move more into blues lately. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BLUE GROUP. XD
choppy clouds... man oh man they're great. i always have this vision that i'm going to spend six hours making my clouds perfect, and always feel like i kicked a dog when i keep it reasonable.

Hey! The choppy vector clouds look great. It blends well with the pic.
I love how this turned out. The sky especially! The pose fits really well with the 'tied to a string' concept. And the colors look really good. Great job.
