Mewtwo is my favourite monster, since 1997. I've got him on my team in every game version of Pokémon. It's not only a strongness or estethic way; I literally in love with his story, his legends. "Mewtwo strikes back" is the first Pokèmon movie and obviously my favourite, it teaches me a lot everytime I watch it.Plus, I think Mewtwo is a perfect object for creepypastas, so I wanted to draw a creepy version of him! :3

This is something else
It definitely places Mewtwo in a perspective that's different from what we're used to seeing. He's always portrayed as this overpowered monster capable of decimating any Pokemon, common or legendary; but this shows an inner Mewtwo, the one that suffered genetic experimenting to become what it is now, and we don't always think about what sort of treatment in went through in the process, all we think about is the mere fact that he was created.

Totally agree with you!! Mewtwo suffered a lot, no doubts about this! And we know it... Every Mewtwo lover knows it! But sometimes people forget about this and see him only as a monster who has fun destroying and kill everything/everyone... They should learn more about Mewtwo! I didn't fall in love with him cause he's considered the strongest pokémon, but because of his amazing history :3

I was touched by Mewtwo when I first saw him as a kid and sympathized him so much.
He's hands-down my favorite Pokemon.

You know, Mewtwo has a different storyline from other regular pokémon and legendaries. I like to think that is the strongest monster ever because of all the terrible things he had to try. At the end he deserved his revenge and thanks to Ash and Mew he found his internal peace. And the little movie of baby Mewtwo confirmed what I think <3

In effetti, Mewtwo è forse il pokemon più elaborato in termini di storia. Di certo uno dei personaggi migliori

Sai cosa? Io credo che Mewtwo sia l'apoteosi del lato oscuro del mondo dei pokémon, la sua storia è quella che più va a testimoniare che quel mondo perfetto e paradisiaco che ci han fatto conoscere sin da bambini e che ci hanno fatto desiderare di avventurarcisi, in realtà nasconde mille insidie, brutti segreti e mille aspetti molto più adulti di quello che crediamo... Molti fans "stagionati" come me molto affezionati ai ricordi delle primissime generazioni (ma comunque sempre tanto affascinati dalla tecnologia e nuove features degli ultimi giochi) adesso amano approfondire quelle leggende che si raccontano spesso nelle creepypasta, inquietanti e macabre come alcune descrizioni all'interno del pokédex: alcune fanno rabbrividire! ecco anche il perchè ho voluto disegnarlo in maniera non del tutto innocente e carina ahaha! 
The Birth of Mewtwo l'ho visto spesso e continuo a vederlo (sì, mi piace farmi del male ahah!). mi ha insegnato molto più quello (come i pokémon in generale) che i libri di scuola! Mewtwo non nacque una macchina da guerra senza scrupoli ne sentimenti. Mewtwo così ci è diventato. E l'incontro con Aitwo è la prova che quel piccolo clone un tempo aveva un cuore... Che poi è stato ferito negli anni senza ritegno da delle persone a cui importava solo creare un oggetto che dominasse il mondo. Il modo in cui all'inizio di "Mewtwo strikes back", dopo il monologo iniziale, si ribella ai suoi creatori uccidendoli in un esplosione mi mette ancora i brividi!
Per non parlare della scena finale tra lui e Mew... Cose magnifiche a dir poco!
