My first realistic pokémon. Mewtwo, one of my favorite.

I really loved the concept of birth and life of work, also his style is pretty awesome, so inspired from his amazing art arvalis.deviantart.com/art/Mew… I created my personal version.

Some info about the work
- Pose based on the sprite from original version of Pokémon Red
- To justify the colors of the tail, I imagined it trapped into the amniotic sac.
- To complete the composition, a little cameo from the movie: the master balls, imagined as a tool to contrast the powers of the clone, now under controll of the pokémon, using them to imitate humans.
- Special guest, mew illustrated as a fetus (DAYUM, Arvalis is a f***ing genius!). Mew should be a perfect pokémon, so I made a symmetrical sphere where the eye is in the perfect centre of the circle.
