So after Posting my Paper Mario Sticker Star inspired Pic (as seen hereΒ )
So I fugred why not show you how I did the that "Rainbow Holographic Sticker" effect I used. (I'm surprised there's not that Many Tutorials on the Subject).
So I made a Quick tutorial on how to do it and this is most Effective in Photoshop. But if you have another Art Program (like Paint Tool Sai, or GIMP) if you can figure this out more power to ya.
anyway I hope you like this and use it sometime in your pictures.

I really need to think about getting photoshop or a similar product so I can try these techniques since auto desk sketch book is so limited at times

won't lie laser and lightsaber effects are awesome it's funny what a simple effect can do to enhance artwork of completely change the feeling a piece gives off
