 "Très bon, ma belle!" (this deathless lady may be Bad Company for doubtful priests, but she's definitely the most likeable blood-drinker we've been introduced so far - and Lord Ruthven is somehow an EVEN BIGGER JERK than Count Dracula, which takes some doing*).

 *I'm not saying that Frankenstein the Elder HAS to tear his head off in a delightful literary-historic in-joke, but wouldn't we all feel so much HAPPIER if he did? (Including, one suspects, the shade of Mr Polidori!).
