I spy Spike from Buffy, Drake or "Dracula in Name Only" from Blade: Trinity, Salma Hayek from Dusk Till Dawn, and of course I don't recognize the other vampires.
So this is our true introduction of the Voldenberg Foundation here, our "Hero Antagonists " who look like typical witch hunters here which although they're currently the best bet against Dracula but their main motives are rather questionable though....

Actually I'd argue that their motivation ("keep Vampires from bleeding Humanity dry") is perfectly noble; it would seem to be their method (assuming that method is "Kill them all and God shall know His own") that appears to be more open to question.
By the way, kudos on identifying "Drake" (I certainly didn't get that one); you may like to know that tall, dark and stubbly standing second from the right in the central panel would appear to be Mitchell from the UK version of BEING HUMAN - a reasonably friendly Neighbourhood Vampire, though one with a somewhat Dark past and the occasional deadly slip-up.
