At least the Zombies here that rose from their grave to haunt the living enjoyed a pleasant day out, while making new friends......

Well if anyone needed a Hero very, VERY Badly it's the poor living souls doing their best to avoid death AND the dead!

Then again, there's always some Zombie Apocalypse survivors trying to save as much people as they can while most of the time there's others are just trying to save themselves while leaving others to die and become zombies themselves.

Then again it is well known that Doomsday Preppers aren't exactly known for altruism from the get go hence this is the theme that runs constant with the "Dead" films that has lost in translation over time when the Zombie genre became popular mainly due to people having Apocalypse survivor fantasies while completely missing the point.

I wonder where's our obligatory Black protagonist character that is consistent with the "Dead" films....I think Blacula could easily fit into that role out of all things....

Well he or she might be dead at this point in the movie - or they could have been lucky enough to miss this particular last stand.

Que this theme: www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4Xw_7…

Looks like George Romero and Tom Savani were the first to succumb to the Zombie Apocalypse it seems obviously enough.

Zombies need more Brains....(oh wait that's a "Return of the Living Dead" invention).

It's not very often we see Vampires and Zombies crossovering in the same setting which I guess it keeps fans of both genres happy I guess especially if "Undeath" was made into a movie.

Provided those fans aren't the ones about to be munched by shambling corpse-monsters, I assume they'd be downright ecstatic!

On a more serious note, please allow me to compliment you for noticing the "easter egg" in this illustration and pointing it out; I'm not knowledgeable about the Zombie Horror genre and those who made it great, so I appreciate the explanation.

Of course one thing you have to understand about the themes of Romero's "Dead" films that the Zombies are more than just shambling corpse monsters but they're actually us that are reduced to our basic instincts pretty much.

Just like Vampires are also us as well and this is based on previous discussions we had while you keep labeling Vampires as "monsters" that need to be destroyed hence I think having Vampires and Romero style Zombies in the same setting pretty much puts out the point much more clearer especially Romero made a "Vampire" film himself called "Martin" 1978 which is basically a human who deludes himself as a vampire but gets staked by his granduncle who believes in the old superstitions in the end which I think Romero was trying to point out the same or similar theme with that film as well.
