hrm... this is actually a very hard piece for me to critique due to the fact that 1)i generally do not do pieces like this 2) I'm uneducated in hedgehog anatomy 
The only critique-advice I can provide that to make a nice, dynamic picture it's always good to place your focus somewhere, and have some sort of surrounding message. In my opinion, since the character is lost in thought, they could be surrounded by thought bubbles rather than having them to one side. this gives the illusion of them being 'wrapped in thought' or 'trapped', and all the what-have-you's of daydreaming.
i'm sorry I don't have much to say! The only other bit of advice I could give you would to switch up the poses in the bubbles a little bit, most of them look very much the same, and you can glance over them all very quickly and get all the same messages out of them. If you vary them, your viewer will spend more time looking through and appreciating them!

I'm not much one for sonic art. But I like his design. Its simple and gets to the point
Not like what all the other sonic fans make. Which are just basically emo/wannabe goth looking characters. :\
I like his expression in the top left bubble xD
Oh and I noticed in the top left and top right bubble his hands are reversed. Thumbs are on the inside not on the outside
