Was playing Super Smash Bros and thinking about the many crossover pairings this game has inspired. Since I have a soft spot for canon and because I tend to imagine Master Hand bossing the Nintendo characters around, I had this idea about him forcing Link and Mario to swap princesses for a day.Related content

I saw a fanfiction with this situation as a main plot. Master Hand orders Link, Zelda, Peach and Mario tu switch 'places'. Everyone gets angry... Mario doesnΒ΄t know what to do with Zelda and meanwhile Peach decides to cook something for Link....

same here, I never saw him as this pushover kid people seem to like making him be. I always saw him as having a silent dominance type thing going on

I mean he IS aggressive and has a quick fiery temper with strong emotions, but still, I kinda balance between that he is a loner of sorts, but not necessarily an introvert, but not an extreme extrovert either. HeΒ΄s kinda inbetween for me, depends on the situation he is in I guess. I donΒ΄t really know where I got teh silent dominace part, but I imagine him as a serious minded young man who knows what he wants, thatΒ΄s kinda how I mean it, not that he dominates people per say. HeΒ΄s quite mysterious imo. I really hate people who refer to link as submissive, just because he isnΒ΄t being loud doesnΒ΄t mean heΒ΄s submissive 
I always saw his silence as that he is talking but we canΒ΄t hear. I never saw him as mute, ridiculous as he screams battlecries, so he does have a strong voice.

That is my opinion exactly! I can mind a joke or two about him being mute but it starts going over the line when people seriously correct others that "Link can't talk" or "that is funny because he IS mute".
I always saw Link as someone who easily made friends but never really let anyone close or felt truly understood and so "inside" he is a loner. As you said, a little bit of both.
I, too, imagine him to make his choices for himself and being very clear on that point that no one can choose for him. Submissive is probably the last thing I would associate him with

I don't understand how anyone can like Peach. Sure she's a very popular character, can't argue with that. She has appeared in alot of video games ever since Super Mario Bros. But seriously, give the other characters a chance! I honestly perfer Daisy. She doesn't get much love

Peach Overrated?! i hate to break it to you but I'm pretty sure most Mario fans hate her more than any other Mario character, Hell I've seen peach in 3 top ten hated character lists around here. you really can't call something overrated when it wasn't even liked to begin with or even praised for that matter.
