Starlight Glimmer, Trixie Lulamoon, and Sunset Shimmer violated the terms of their probation and reformation, and have also received additional charges.

Starlight had met up with an acquaintance of hers who told her that they needed a place to stay, without informing Twilight, because she happened to be out of town. However what Starlight didn't know, was that her old acquaintance was a fugitive on the run from the law. When police were tipped off, they showed up at Twilight's castle to arrest the fugitive, but their target was nowhere to be found. This was however bad News for Starlight, because this was a violation the terms of her probation/redemption, Upon hearing the news that she was going to be taken back to jail, Starlight started to cry as tears began to flow from her eyes. As officers were forced to wrestle her into submission, she started to scream, "NOOO! I'm not a bad pony anymore! You have have to believe me! I've done so much good! Please don't lock me up!" She was cuffed and her horn was suppressed before being tossed in the back of a police wagon.

During a regular meeting with her Parole Officer, Trixie failed a drug test and two ounces of opium were found in her wagon. She attempted to get out of her arrest by charming her probation officer. She said how much of a handsome stallion he was and smacked the parole officer's flank, which went as well as one would expect. Because of this, she was charged with sexual assault and sexual harassment along with possession and parole violation.

Sunset who was most likely under the influence of alcohol and narcotics after a night out at the club got into an argument with a mare, who she beat with a 2x4 almost unconscious in a fit of rage. She then fled, but was stopped by officers, two blocks down the street. The Officers tried to verbally instruct Sunset to calm down, who responded to them with curses and ineligible slurs before running off again. Officers caught up with and tackled her to the ground, but not before Sunset was able to give one of the officers a good hoof sandwich before being tazed and restrained.

All three suspects are being held without bail at the Canterlot Detention Center.
