Despite the fact they saved Equestria many times, the Mane Six aren't above the law, not even The Princess of Friendship herself, who is unable to pardon herself or her friends from their screw ups. It really bothers me whenever people make anything about Applejack who has appeared in more episodes than Twilight Sparkle who is the main charactar a background pony. She is my favorite and not one in any manner.

CRIMINAL REPORT - MANE SIX
Twilight Sparkle was charged with embezzlement, forgery, misuse of magic, child abuse and disorderly conduct.
Rainbow Dash was charged with F.U.I. (flying under the influence), vandalism, breaking and entering, trespassing, assault, petty theft and resisting arrest.
Applejack was charged with negligence, endangerment, grand theft, battery and distributing alcohol to minors.
Rarity was charged with bribery, perjury, fraud, money laundering and sexual harassment.
Fluttershy was charged with sabotage, burglary, possession, animal trafficking, animal neglect and tax evasion.
Pinkie Pie was charged with manufacturing, possession, smuggling, drug trafficking, kidnapping, pony trafficking, unlawful imprisonment and unlawful possession of a deadly weapon.
