Description
This is for 's contest: draw a Sonic character or some other character of your choice in the guise of your favorite band, singer, actor, politician, prominent person, etc. I chose to pay tribute to one of the greatest bands of all time, Van Halen! I hope you all like it!

Top left: Shadow van Hedgehog, lead guitar
Top right: Sonic Lee Roth, lead vocals
Bottom left: Knuckles van Hedgehog (not a hedgehog; close enough), drums
Bottom right: Miles Anthony, Bass*

*Made a little mistake. I thought that Sammy Hagar played bass at some point during the Van Halen lineup and modeled Tails after him before I checked. That is why Tails has a beard. Upon further review, I just realized that I mixed up the lineup here. My bad. No flames, please.

Everything you see in this picture is drawn entirely from scratch. I relied quite heavily on a poster for visual reference, but the drawing itself is all drawn by hand (well, not by hand; on GIMP, but all drawn from scratch).

P.S. I'm a DJ now!!! Well, not officially. I created my very own online radio station. If you'd like to get an idea of what I'm into, feel free to listen in here. [link] In honor of the fan fiction I have been working on, I have decided to name the station "Gold on Vinyl". So if you decide to visit, be prepared to ROCK!

Edit: Wow! Apparently this is good enough to have made it onto the list of most popular "Van Halen" deviations of all time! (It's back a few pages, but still, it's there.)
