Thank you so much for this! I'd really love to learn anime-style toning and I was just messing through it myself. Your tutorial helps me a lot! The only problem is, I have Jasc Paintshop Pro 8 and you have Adobe Photoshop. A lot of the things are the same, so I'm sure I can figure it out. Thanks for explaining it so universally and simply that I am confident I can make it work in a totally different program!
