Introducing one of Wildnorwester's take on a one-off Railway Series character: Sheffield. An austerity engine who used to work in steel mill along with Frankie and Hurricane, back when he was known as just Sixteen, before being sold to heritage railway after his "Cab Over Wheels" incident. He was bought by the Fat Controller in 1994, after Wilbert's visit, replacing Charlie as the Railway's #14. More to come down the line.
