Description
Stationed at Doncaster for as long as they could remember, Bridget has always been a gentle influence on the mainline. Bridget tended to be a bit more feisty than her sister, Sally. As one may expect, Bridget and Sally have made friends with Gordon, and their sister Alice. At the end of the second world war, the loss of Simmors meant that another engine was needed on the mainline to help get the railway back up to speed. As the Big Four railways had taken down the barriers for doing such a task, Gordon saw the girls down at Barrow, and decided to have Sir Topham purchase them both. Unlike Gordon however, when Sally and Bridget are asked to take goods trains, they get excited about it as it's quite a rare treat for them. Nowadays, you can often see them doubleheading the Great Northern Flyer together.Note: I was going to do Sally first, but I couldn't find a good record of the LNER C2 numbers, which made it difficult to do her timeline.

Bridget is the same engine class as STEY/MY's Alice (who does exist in this world as a preserved engine by the GNRPS), while Sally is the smaller boiler variant.

I couldn't do Sally's timeline yet as I couldn't find a good record of the numbers of her class.

Oh, it's okay. I'm sure you'll find something to help you. If you haven't, you should check the LNER encyclopedia. Maybe it could help.
