Just spent a few hours testing, trying and failing and re-printing these stencils. Not quite perfect, but the best I can do right now
I've had trouble finding a stencil/pattern for this online so I had to do it mostly by myself

Well the hand piece I just randomly cut out by eye.
As for the forearm, I think I've got an illustrator file somewhere...

I only have the top piece, the piece that goes underneath I think I just cut straight from a scrap piece of foam, but it's a simple shape like a bracer.Β

Keep in mind you will have to scale it depending on hand size, shape and building material...
As for the hand plate thing, I'm pretty sure I just cut it by eye straight from the foam

I've already built the hand thanks to your pattern for the fingers. Once it's all done and painted, I'll post pictures on my gallery. XD
