Remember when Tails and Knuckle would go super in "Sonic 3 and Knuckles"? Well okay. Sonic AND Knuckles went hyper when they collected the super emeralds, while Tails went super which just isn't fair. Any way.... What happened was... Sega decided to get rid of Tails and Knuckles' super forms. Why? Cause according to a site. either Wikipedia, or a Sonic fansite; Sega got rid of their super looks, in order to give it to the "important" characters. Sonic...Shadow.... and Silver.In the drawing you see here, Tails and Knuckles are devastated up on seeing their super forms going away. Knuckles is angry, but crying. (see the tears people?What makes a man a man, is that they are never afraid to show their feelings and/or emotions. When times are not serious. )
Amy's there cause... welll... she doesn't have a super form at all. We've seen fan comics, and artwork of Amy going super. and she too is a hedgehog. But still, Sega made a HUGE mistake. If only they'd listen to their fans.... *shakes head.*

I LOVED tail's Super form, with all his little birdies!
I always thought it was unfair that he had to get all the Super Emeralds aswell just to get a Super form. But taking the form away is terriable!
Lucky I still have the Saga Megadrive and the games. Tails was the first character I got all the emeralds with, I could never do it with Sonic and Knuckles was just too hard for me.

Sega is so stupid! They are barely letting Tails and Knuckles be main charactors anymore and the same goes for Amy and Cream aswell. I think the main charactors should be Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and (maybe) Cream. I think it's okay if they still have Silver, Blaze and the Babylon Rogues in the games as long as they aren't stealing the place of any of the main charactors. I also think that Shadow is getting too much stuff for his popularity. I don't like him being a main charactor either but I don't want him gone either (same goes for Silver, Blaze, the Babylon Rogues and Rouge). I also think they also need to be bringing back old charactors instead of making new ones. I'm scared that Rings the Racoon is going to be too much like Cream and even replacing her permenentally. The only charactor that's appeared that I never want to see return is Princess Elise because I think it's stupid to have Sonic coupled with a human instead of Amy or Sally. Sorry if I'm talking too much!

I've never seen the point how Sonic, Shadow, and Silver, can all turn super. there hedgehogs, right?...so why can't Amy turn super?! I've NEVER understood that! it seems like almost all of the girls (except Blaze) can't turn super! WHY??! O.o I can't believe Sega did that!! also, Tails can turn super and Knuckles can turn super in the old comics, but still, they didn't make them turn super in the games...so as Amy. Amy can't turn super at ALL, I'm starting to get kinda MAD at Sega, also in the fact that Amy gets held captive in almost all of the Sonic games...why can't they just leave Amy alone? the girls should be more active in Sonic X and the other Sonic games! <.<; >.>;

Wow, that is just terrible...especially with trying to replace Tails and Knuckles with Shadow and Silver, that;s insulting enough. Taking away their Super forms only makes it worse. And I also think it was unfair Amy never got to turn Super. She would have looked really cool like that...
I heard someone make a good point recently, that Sega isn't trying to improve their games, because they figure that people (especially young kids) keep buying them anyway, their making their money, so why should they care about the fans? Seems all we could do is boycott them, and then the jerks would probably just stop making Sonic games altogether instead of improving.
I'm probably the last one to find out, but I also found out Yuji Naka left Sonic Team a while ago. Which would explain the lack of passion and effort put into recent titles. They probably replaced with some money-hungry clowns who didn't care about anything but making their own wallets grow.

This is an outrage! Insulting! They can't take their super/hyper forms away from them! How dare they!? I say that the people of Sega that caused it to happen should be taken off for that in favor of REAL professionals! So many years of helping Sonic and the others save the world, and this is part of the thanks we all get!? CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! You just can't trust them to do ANYTHING right! (the guys of Sega that screwed up, I mean.)

Yea, I wish Sega would go back to their oldschool roots with allot of their ideas. Why not bring back super forms to other characters, like your showing that their taking away here, or have super forms anywhere by collecting the emeralds and getting 50 rings, or just make the other character fully playable in all the stages and make them more important...
Personally Sega and Sonic Team have been making some really poor choices, especially with the rushed development schedules that been producing these poor quality games. But Sonic Team needs to go back to their roots. Nintendo did with New Super Mario Bros. on DS, and look how well received it is, its sold well over 4 million copies. I am sure Sonic would do just as well if they did the same...

I think there is a reason why some characters cannot become super. They might not be able to handle so much of that power being in super form. Then again, Blaze become super and she doesnt even know how to use the emeralds. Hey when you drew Tails in super form, he really looked like the current yellow Tails design we see today. Amy looks kind of cute when she's crying.
It's a pity they remove this feature in the newer games.

actually, Tails was orange back then. which is the color that i think he should've kept. Cause yellow was his super color. well, a brighter yellow compared to Super Sonic. I think. Yeah. it IS a pity.

I would definatly concur, if I were in charge of SEGA right now, I'd fire the person who thought about that idea and give Tails a better version himself... who needs super and hyper modes? I'm talking about: "ULTRA mode"
Or... if there was an RPG version of Sonic and co. mabey there could be a "Dark" form? *shrugs* But yeah, I definatly feel everyone's pain. Sega is really slacking off on good ideas, no wonder they've been bought off by Nintendo. I mean, sheesh they're really like... being awful! We dont need new characters, we need better ideas!

Nice pic. They should bring back Knuckles' & Tails' super forms methinks. (I enjoyed them) I never knew they intentionally got rid of them for good. That kinda sucks.

It's just not fair. You know, when my brother and I got to the end of Sonic Heroes, I was really looking forward to seeing the trio (Sonic, Knuckles and Tails) all together in their superforms, but NOOOOOOO!! Tails and Knux took the backseat in stupid yellow bubbles and hovered for awhile while Sonic had all the Super Saiyan glory!
And don't even get me started on Amy. Do you know how awesome it would have been if she had a superform? [link] Phooey on Sega. They don't know what the fans want. ...at least the dedicated ones. You know, the ones that REALLY matter?!

Yeah, Sega's been making some real stupid decisions... first off, I don't even LIKE Silver, and to make all three hedgehogs go super is just annoying..... And this is Shadow's second (psosibly third, I never finished "Shadow the Hedgehog" nor do I intend to....) and yet Knuckles isn't allowed to go Super anymore....

I think they jsut hand out random super forms to any new character for a one-time deal (Blaze went Super in Rush, but I'm surprised she was considered "important" enough to do so). I'd liek to see ALL the characters go super, even jsut once... Enough with the "new" hedgehogs to come in, go super in the end, and blah de blah...

I wish that would just die -_-. They are FAR from working with Nintendo. Infact, even one of their top staff members called the Wii "a fad that might fade in time", though that same phrase was said about the DS and look where its at, but he later retracted the phrase saying that would be the Wii's fate if there isn't enough developers using the Wii's control capabilities.
But Sega will always be a independent company when it comes to their games. It almost seems like 90% of the Sonic fan base fails to organise Sonic is a MUTIPLATFORM game.
I own both a Xbox 360 and a Wii, and I can't stand fanboyism...

Well, I agree Sega hasn't been doing well at all as of late, and Sonic Team needs to really re-think the Sonic series and give it some time to develop (instead of giving each game only a year or less), then they could improve to their quality they had when they were still making platforms.
Also, a fanboy is someone who is devoted to one platform, company, etc, such as Nintendo fanboys, or Sony fanboys, etc. Most of them will bash other platforms without a second thought and without any educated reason what-so-ever and will think that company can do no wrong, even if they are.

i say SEGA should start listening to their fans like Nintendo dose and i think sonic team should take a least a year on developing a new sonic game, and i hope they didn't screw up knights for the wii.
