Description
MILIGONHeight: 48 meters (When not reared)
Length: 112 meters
Gender: Female
Abilities:
Personality & Behaviour:
Miligon is easily excitable and easily called into action. She may be able to stay still for hours on end waiting for prey to come along but that didn't make it fun. And what was fun for her she does.
Weaknesses:
Fighting Style:
If burning them from afar doesn't work get in close and maul them.
Origin:
Life felt surreal. Giant monsters? Who would've ever thought of it? It being real that is. Plenty of fantasy and Sci-fi stories about it but thats what it used to be.
Not many people seemed comfortable with the idea of these things especially as they were yet to fight back succesfully. A media campaign had shown a strange documentary which seemed rushed, but it showed details of a worm monster on it's own little island accompanied by a bird creature the two monsters lived in harmony and displayed little aggresion to the humans following them but infact seemed outwardly friendly to them. The idea that these things had lived here for an unknown amount of time without being found worried the various publics of the world.
The first port of call in searching and finding any potential threats posed by new and unknown monsters would be to send ships to unexplored Islands dotted accross the Ocean after all they were always where some "Curse" or "Creature" was supposed to reside. So why not explore there first? It just had to have monsters!.
One small strip of Islands seemed perfect fairly hot but lush in vegetation if there were to be anything out there this place would be likely to have it. And it watched them arrive with caution. The last thing like that to have come here got smashed. Watching it he seemed to leave this one be or was not aware of it, so it looked like she would get to see what came off of these floating contraptions. Lots of tiny little bipeds that's what. She watched as they spread out and quickly homed in on the other floating thing that came here all these years ago, although now it was a wreck, broken down by large angry fists. She watched them swarm in and out of it one picked up some tiny little item and held it close and tight, if it could read it would've known it to be a book or a journal to be more precise containing details of the old ship owners last days. The little things seemed very interested in this item and bristled with excitement over it. One of the little things disturbed a bush. Oh! Prey! The tinier creature stepped on the preys toes as it hid in the bushes and it panicked running at the group squawking it made the little bipeds run with terror and reach for what could only be their weapons. But she, she hadn't eaten that morning and she barely had to move from where she squat to scoop it up in her massive jaws silencing it with a crunch. Boy eating sure was great! Her presence rattled the tiny bipeds further it made her antennae curl, there must be some way to shut them up! Lashing forwards they were tiny and easy to swallow, if she was to get anything decent out of these things she'd need to get a lot of them down her throat! And that's just what she at least intended to do!
Artists Notes:
No, I don't quite know what I was thinking either...
And sorry I'm behind on messages again OTL

Fascinating. This reminds me of the many strange monster combinations I've come up with using the Abomination template from Tome of Horrors Complete for Pathfinder. It is a very interesting template to combine two totally different creatures to create something that no one has ever seen or even dreamed about.

I've never heard of that template before but it sounds interesting, I will most certainly check it out.

I have a link here for the Abomination Template:Β www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monsβ¦
With that template you can merge any animal, vermin and humanoid together.
Below here however is a incredibly complex template from Green Ronin's Advanced Bestiary which is generally for D&D 3.5 and it is well worth a look as it can quite literilly combine anything to anything and is not limited to animal, vermin and humanoid.

Yeah!! Done the first part! It's being pretty complicated so far - I keep failing to make Alba right, but I hope you'll be satisfied.
