Description Yes Chimarra is shaped like a hand.

Sorry if some of the names are hard to read, but I'll try to explain the basic geography stuffs.

First of all, Chimarra is smaller than Pantala or Pyrrhia, and is also very far away from either one. Chimarra tribes have no clue that there's any other continents with winged dragons currently. Pyrrhia and Pantala would also have no knowledge on this other continent, especially since it'd be even longer to fly between.
Chimarra is a pretty warm continent overall, rarely is there any snow, even on the mountain peaks. It also has a lot of cave systems.

The SoarScales' Kingdom is in a bit of a hotspot on the continent, with quite a bit of geothermal activity. Earthquakes actually happen on occasion here, but they usually aren't that bad. There are 4 major volcanoes, the biggest and oldest is creatively called 'Old Volcano' and it's been dormant for a long time. It's still pretty warm though, being between two semi active volcanoes and the SoarScale palace is built on the base of it. Towards the North there's the 'New Volcano' that's popped up more recently, and erupts pretty regularly, usually just in flowing lava. Some SoarScales are already making homes near the New Volcano, because the heat is incredibly nice for SoarScales.

Towards the East, there's the long Thenar River, and around it is probably the most lush and green place of Chimarra. The lava flow of 4 volcanoes and the river leave the soil here extremely fertile and its a great spot for SoarScales or ShadeScales to grow or collect food. The undergrowth can get pretty thick in this area too, making it a good place to hide or set up a hermit shack if you wanted.

Further East the forest gets much more sparse, and the area is slightly more mountainous and hotter overall. There are multiple cave openings here, and many lead to the Shade and SlimeScales' underground Kingdom. The Kingdom's 'palace' area and main city is under around this area, but their Kingdom's territory technically spreads to most of the underground paths and areas around them as well. Even towards the volcano or North, under the desert.

Towards North is the desert region which was ShadeScale's old Kingdom. It includes the especially hot and desolate saltflats which extend through the 'pinkie' of Chimarra. There's also Distal River, which is a nice break of water amidst the most arid part of the continent. The ruins of ShadeScales' old Kingdom is probably buried under the sands here somewhere, maybe with some treasure - if you're a dragon interested in that.

NorthWest is a stretch of mountains called 'The Index'. They aren't particularly extreme in any way, but there are a bunch of legends of dragons disappearing there and that if you go there at night, ghosts of dragons will stalk you. Pretty spooky.

On the middle and ring finger of Chimarra is the general area of where ShoreScales are. Their main kingdom is underground, from a cliff cave on the middle finger, but ShoreScales often go between the two fingers and even the index finger, to collect fish and other seafood. They usually don't go to the pinkie though, since the water between the pinkie and the ring finger is a bit unpleasant.

Even farther North, the tips of the fingers are called 'The Dips' (by ShoreScales mostly), because this is the area where eventually all land 'dips away' and trying to swim past it to find more land is basically a death sentence. "Going past the dip" is a common phrase to say someone's doing something crazy, reckless and near suicidal probably in the hopes of an unlikely outcome. The phrase also originates and is most common from ShoreScales, but I think other land tribes use it as well at this point.

SharkScales don't have a specific Kingdom, because they have multiple pods around the entire continent. If you look closely at the water of the map, you'll see areas with shark fins sticking out of the water. That marks areas with the big and most notable pods - that I'll probably go into more detail about each one later.

Also I have started working on the group, but I'm still not done with all the info stuff that I think would be nice to have, so please don't start posting a bunch of Chimarra dragons just yet please ^^'
I'll probably post something when the group is fully open.

Makes me wonder how the dragons of Esrah (my dragons that actually aren't like wings of fire but are sentient because, well, dragons) and the dragons of Chimarra would interact
