Design and character of a RainWing serial killer lady I've had in mind. Don't really have any place to fit her in any story, but she exists.
Her name is probably Acai and she has near perfect control of her scale colors, and they rarely give off any true emotion. Some of her scales fade into red splatters that look like blood... but it isn't really blood... probably...
