=====================================================================
All three and a half- or four depending on how the new member is counted- members of Team Luxury just wanted to deliver the paperwork so they could return to business as usual. The weather would have none of that; it was perfectly content to alternate between soaking them and burning them. It also seemed like the Registrar would have none of that either, as he was refusing to open the door.
Coco turned around after knocking on the door again. She grimaced and shook her damp pink and cream fur. Her pink tail was puffing up with irritation. "Maurice, you get the door," she hissed. "I don't mean knocking."
"Miss Coco, isn't that rude?" he asked.
"Door, your foot."
Maurice sighed and got into a fighting stance, only for the door to swing open.
"Really, Miss? Your friend told you that was rude," called a gray Ninetales. He didn't seem the least bit perturbed about wood and a foot flying at him if he opened a few seconds later. His red eyes had a mysterious glimmer.
"Perhaps you should have opened the door earlier," sniffed Coco. "We had an appointment. Perhaps you should have made it more inviting."
"But with the weather like this, there'd be water in my office, and a self-respecting fire-type wouldn't want that. Speaking of which...." Callahan leaned forward and pulled the red ribbon from Coco's tail in a smooth movement and hung it from one of his tails. "You two give me your things too."
"Our fur is more soaked then these," muttered Silver. He tugged the fedora closer over his face and gestured to Maurice, whose fur was clinging to his round body.
"Yes, but there's water dripping off of that," said Callahan. He swiped the hat too and took it over to a coat rack near the fire, where he hung it and the ribbon.
"Sir, that was rather rude of you," said Maurice as he and his teammates followed the Ninetales inside.
Callahan merely sat at his large arm chair behind the desk and gestured at them to take their seats.Β Β Silver curled up in a ball on one chair. Maurice paused and took the egg with him. Coco however took her ribbon off of the rack and walked to her seat.
"I refuse to be joked with Callahan," she replied with an air of indignation. "We're here on business. If we were here to socialize, maybe I'd tolerate that. We're here to fill out paperwork, so I demand to be taken seriously."
"Haven't you joked with customers before? You're a Merchant, you want to seem friendly to encourage business."
"As much as I respect Miss PK, I'm aware of the fact that most Pokemon aren't impressed with her personality, and she's still successful. My name is Coco, this is Maurice, Silver, and a future demon fish. We're Team Luxury of the Merchant's Guild and have done two missions for our Guild."
"Time is money I suppose," muttered Callahan as he began writing. "Well, why don't you tell me about yourself? What prompted you to get a Sneasel, then an egg. They eat those you know."
"Some do, I don't," snapped Silver.
"I thought the egg would be a good addition to the team," said Maurice. "We could bond over raising the child."
"It's a child, not a team building exercise," replied Coco. "Silver and I have no interest in raising a kid. We had younger siblings that we were close to. So far all it's done is make the two of us agree that you're completely naive about children."
"I'm sure when he or she hatches, the child will be lovely and sweet and kind and adorable and we'll love him or her."
"Haven't I told you about what the egg looks like it will hatch into? A Carvanha. Aggressive, territorial, and chew through everything."
"If we raise the child in a kind, loving environment he or she won't end up like that."
"What do you mean by w-"
"Tooooo much drama," said Callahan. "The only way this could be worse is if you had to avenge some dead parents or kingdom."
"We're Merchants," replied Coco. "None of us like violence, and avenging the dead would be a waste of time."
"Regardless, I think I'll ask about the Sneasel first. Silver was it? What do you add to the team and Guild? What was your childhood like? How do you like being in the Guild?"
"I carry things. Dead parents. Meals and very little threat of violence," replied Silver.
"Alright, Maurice next."
"Well, I was born in Prismatic Jungle. I'll spare the details, no one present will find them tasteful. What matters is that I left and underwent training to control my temper. I haven't completely managed that," said Maurice. He was a bit sheepish about the last part. "Anyways, I met Coco and decided to travel with her to help her become a Merchant."
"Well, that means I'm next," said Coco. "Nothing I'd like to say about my childhood, except that I'm from Alomomola. I met Maurice and we joined the Guild. We've delivered medicine, got Silver and his older sister out of the forest, went to the party, and have been attacked by a lava monster thanks to his younger sister's Guild leader."
"And what about recently? It's been a few months and the Merchant's Guild has been busy with reconstruction. What were you doing?" asked Callahan.
"We took a break," replied Coco. "We were injured in the Cafe collapse, and all of us went through a lot emotionally. Plus, we had a lot to talk about. It's been rough."
"Oh really, what?"
"Everything's changed, I guess. Nothing seems to be going right. I'm not allowed to evolve, Maurice is going to attempt single parenting, and Silver is a mess. Why am I talking to you about this? You don't need to know about our dynamics and personal issues. We'll be leaving now. Silver, remember your hat, I'm not going to get it for you." Coco rose.
"With a personality like that I can't blame Master Foo."
"Don't play games with me," hissed Coco. She walked out, her teammates had to rush after her.
For some reason, some teams chose to alert him of lost teammates through letters. He guessed they just didn't want to talk about. He couldn't place why, Callahan thought he was a skilled conversationalist. The letter from Team Luxury was different because of the attitude.
Callahan,
Maurice and the demon spawn egg vanished. Silver and I are too busy working at the Cafe to talk to you in person. Even if we wanted to talk to you. If you have questions, come find us. Prior to the disappearance, I took it upon myself to change my moves, I attached a slip of paper with the new information.
-Coco
PS Get your own damn books
Callahan edited the team's information per the letter and tossed it in the fire. Coco was a truly vexing Skitty, not only that, but was possibly one of the most stubborn and pushy members of her species. It'd be interesting if she were allowed to evolve. How she'd adapt to the nature shift would be quite telling.

I like that last part~
It's well written and really gets you to know the team and have some personality shine through.
Also it gives their history they way the team members see it~
Nicely done ^^

Thanks.
I was kind of worried that I was missing a few things since this app ended up shorter than the other two.
