Description
Atmoseon is, whether its obvious or not, my take on a potential flying type evolution of Eevee. I had an original draft that looked odd, and so I did a re-do, and this is the final product. I quite like how they came out, and am very proud of myself for a change.

As far as flying goes, this Pokemon kinda just floats. Its wings and tails are large and relatively flat, but arched to a point for the sake of being able to catch and hold on to as much air as possibly while 'flying'.
The fluff found in various areas on its body, as well as around its feet, are what gives this Pokemon the ability to 'fly'. The fluff more or less creates an anti-gravity effect, allowing the Pokemon to run around in mid air with ease. Albeit, it can still easily be knocked off balance, causing it to become stunned as it floats completely upside-down. Higher level Atmoseon are less prone to suffering from this, though.

I plan on coloring it in very soon, and, I hope people will enjoy how they come out.
