Made chicken, stuffing, and steamed carrots today... Used a honey-butter base to get the skin to brown. In the end, the skin has a hint of sweetness to it from the honey I mixed into the melted butter. Also added a little black pepper. In the end, the stuffing sucked because we didn't have onion or celery. Couldn't make gravy because the chicken didn't come with the giblets or the neck. No cranberry sauce because my grandmother ate it all yesterday. She didn't even eat the carrots because she decided she didn't want them. She only ate the chicken.. Ah well, I get all the skin. Now I just need to want it..Enjoy the image of a oven roasted chicken...
