Nah, its because people tend to notice him and he's kinda just someone who seems intimidating but really isn't. Peacocks are fairly similar (And like a peacock he's got quite the voice to him when he wants to use it).

Snuffy muffy is a Golden Peacock (Basically a peacock with mostly gold feathers)

Now, if only I could sit my arse down to draw people
