The fully cooked pheasant that I made tonight. I'll admit that the legs came out a little more brown than expected, but it was my mistake for not cooking it on a lower shelf from the start.
That aside, my friend loves it and so do I.

If your curious about the taste... I suppose its like a mix of turkey and chicken. The legs have a lot of little tendons to deal with (like with turkey), and the meat itself tastes a lot like chicken but with a turkey-ish aftertaste.
Its really good.
