Something I thought that might enjoy seeingHow I think the Pokemon Victini might look should it have any form of a pigment mutation

I was to lazy to draw it from scratch.
Update: made an interesting point, so I added the pigment mutation looks of the shiny Victini (and fixed a major mistake with the shiny).
Hope they look cute~

My personal favs are of course albinos, oh gosh, are they beautiful
We should have a Shiny version that looks like it!
(Not that I dislike the original Shiny one, but gods, this would be 1000 times better!)
