I know this is pretty old but how would one go about editing an animated one? I'm very interested in quite a few of your pixels but I've got pretty much 0 animating experience ;w;
For reference, I use pretty much exclusively Paint Tool Sai!

that depends on the base, but generally you can fill out the frames in your program of choice and then upload them to gifmaker.me !
