I'm here to give you some feedback on this piece to maybe help you in the future! (it dosen't look like you need any help because this looks amazing!!!)
First of all, this piece is amazing and gives me a chilling and creepy vibe! I love it! This reminds me so much of a fan fic i am working on! You can really feel the emotions in the art! I love how its black and white except for the mouth! Great job with the colors as well! They look fantastic! :3 The hands are so creepy and the way it holds the mouth into smiling, it makes me shiver in fear! Once again this looks great! Keep doing the amazing art! I like how the mouth color drips to the end of the paper. It kind of also reminds me of the some Monster or Calling All The Monsters. The shading looks great, one thing though is that the hand on the bottom left corner the shading just stops, a good thing to do instead of just stoping with the shading is you could make it look even better than it already is, is that you could continue the shading! This is a fantastic piece and I hope you continue to share your amazing art skills in pieces like this! Keep drawing and have fun doing it! ~Melon or Artist180

Thank you for your very constructive feedback! I tried to have the shading fade out on purpose so the focal point would be clearer, but now that you mention it maybe it would work better if I shaded the whole thing. Thanks again!

Very nice smile and I like the creepy hands grabbing on this person's face and lips to form this fake smile (this also kinda reind me of the main character in Tokyo Ghoul, especially with the white hands looking like his white hair)

You're welcome and Tokyo Ghoul is actually a show (not a movie). Also, don't worry about it (it's unfortunately censored, especially with its violent and gore-y scenes). Also, you don't have to watch it; you can always look up the image of the white haired boy with the black mask online.
