The child of an infamous poisoner, Toffee's childhood was shattered in a whirlwind of scandal. While few people remember them now- as a child, they were only ever a bystander to their mother's crimes, and were somewhat (although not entirely) shielded from the reporters, those who remember the name 'Spera' are quick to put two and two together.

These days though, they insist that they have nothing to do with their mother's legacy. They are a humble, if slightly eccentric, chocolatier, experimenting with flavors and spices instead of toxins- unless you're into that sort of thing. Their biggest hit is a Wellstone Roulette of bonbons, twelve stuffed with chocolate mousse and caramel, and one with an extremely spicy jelly. Rumor has it, you can have it made with harder stuff, but Toffee insists that's all it is- a rumor.

For all their comfy cozy aesthetic, and the bright atmosphere of their candy cafe, Toffee has been known to be a bit morbid at times, obsessing over crime reports and tearing through horror novels. Recently, they've begun sending their own horror manuscripts to potential publishers, but so far, they've only a stack of rejections to show for it.
