Very popular indeed... but not only the blue ones... all of them are a  popular subject, really beautifull birds!

That´s a good, i think, that makes them really popular and maybe people realize that someday they won´t be able to see that kind of beauty and start doing something to the enviroment!

OH I understand the attraction.  We have a couple of smaller parrots, but friends of ours have Macaws. Their birds are gorgeous, but our WCP is destructive enough.
