A maned wolf (Chrysocyon brachyurus) in it's enclosure in Artis.The maned wolf is the largest canid in South America. Even though being called a wolf, the maned wolf is actually a large species of fox.

Well actually the Maned Wolf is a large species of fox, but because of it's size, people mistook it for being a wolf.

I know I'm late but, Maned Wolves are a unique canid with hardly any relations to foxes at all.
