Raiu: Nah, Sonic and us hedgehogs are mostly pretty much immune to fire. And we have no limit on speed....But Sonic likes to keep it at a certain pace. He doesn't like to go too fast...just enough to go faster than anything. That fire can actually help us on the long run...like Super form's invincibility.

Raiu: We can go past the speed of sound and light. That flame doesn't really do anything...sort of just helps us, like the boost shield thing.
