Was my entry the SatBK Contest, the final fight between Sonic and Blaze in Sonic Rush. The contest is over and the winners have already been contacted so I obviously didn't win. Oh well, maybe next time.Related content

Storywise, it was most likely a tie. If Blaze won, Sonic would be burnt. But Sonic's full-powered Boost didn't seem to damage her much, so...

Well, I don't think Blaze would be able to get back the last Sol Emerald if Sonic knocked her out. And if Sonic lost, he would be burnt to ash.

Or rather, Be knocked out from the platform.

Even though, he would be burnt either way. After all, the battle ended with both of them using Sonic Boost and Fire Boost against each other at full force. If Sonic was hit by full-powered Fire Boost, he would be burnt and then knocked out of the platform. He would be heavily damaged all the same.

But how did he manage to survive after the fight?
That confuses me...

That is easy. They ended up in a stalemate after using their Boost attacks for they share nearly equal amount of power. And then Blaze realized the error of her ways and stopped attacking Sonic. It was all explained in Sonic Rush.

Blaze looks awesome (but her eyes need improving, just a minor detail)
Tails' chest hair/fluff is the retro style. The new one is more bigger and has three pieces of hair sticking out on both sides of the arms
I can't see Sonic's other arm. Where is it?
Surely it would be better to see Sonic doing a spin attack and Blaze doing her Fire Attack. That would make it more related to Sonic Rush.
Those were only minor details to reconsider if you do this again, otherwise fantastic design of characters, setting and misc en scene
