Some time ago i've made a similar tutorial but dA has deleted it 'cause is gone against the copyright... so i've decide to remake it, because many people have asked me how i do all that leon lights in my work...
well...here is a tutorial that explains (hope really simply) how to make them
some varying
you can make the lines also using a simple round brush, without use the pen tool (but it's better made with a tablet)
you try to use the settings of the second paragraph witha different brush (for example a grunge) to make some nice effect

The stimulate pressure doesn't work, do you know why? ..
Because when i do stroke path without stimulate pressure it's the same as with stimulate pressure

i'm sure this is great tutorial cuz it work with all of them but i tried to use it and when i make that "Stroke Path" and then i chose brush nothing happened i don't know why???
