Ensign Kina Deir and Commander Brooke Massina celebrate their successful completion of Admiral T'Var's tactical simulation. My OCs by www.deviantart.com/hoodman18 . They give each other a celebratory 'fist bump' as they exit Holodeck 1 on Delta Aquilae.

Admiral T'Var checks the results of the two officers' overall 'scores' as Deir and Massina happily head back on duty after completing the grueling regemen of the holographic missions they had undergone on and off over the past week. 'Bruised but unbowed' is their new motto, proud of their achievements and the distinction of being the first to successfully complete the 10 scenarios, ever.

As they converse among themselves, Admiral T'Var's emotionless voice can be heard behind them, echoing through the corridor.

" Congatulations ladies, I must admit, I am very impressed." T'Var says as Deir and Massina slow their pace and give each other another fist bump.

" You are the first to complete 'level one' of my interactive training simulation."

Kina and Brooke abruptly halt in their tracks and stare at each other with horrified expressions...

"Level one Admiral?" They sigh in unison at T'Var's statement

"Yes ladies, that was level one. You have completed the 'beginner's simulations'. I expect you will start level two very soon, because there are twelve levels to complete and the difficulty increases with each level."

A low, sorrowful, moan was the only response Admiral T'Var received from the exhausted officers...
