My entry for & 's contest. Read this journal here for all the details.The piece depicts Suzanne being menaced by a Strider in a rundown theatre.
Drawn on 11"x17" board with "F" lead and then inked using Microns.

well damn i was going to go in on this contest too but now i know id be blown away lol i may still give it a whirl awsome stuff i glanced over it last night but i was drugged with sleeping pills, now that i saw it again i was like "is that a strider?" sure enough it was and i was like "Damn...." lol Great stuff as usual man

Don't worry about my entry though, on top of being maybe a bit too clean and commercial it hasn't even been added yet so who knows.
It just sounded like fun and I really dug the designs they had of the creatures.

cool i am in the proccess of moving into my own place right now but iill see what i can come up with for this thing. i really liked the Silent Hill themed stuff always got to me in a deep down level and i love it. i have been playing arond with the ideas right now but now ill acturally do something lol ...here we go!!!!

Tried to go with a half-sitting, half-fall type of pose since the gist is that the Strider pulled back the curtain, found the girl and slammed down his hand in efforts to catch her while she kinda threw herself from her perch.
I don't think I translated that too well but the end result still pleased me enough to finish it like this. Thanks for the kind words about the inking (and feet!) and I'm glad you liked it.
