Description
Task Force X aka The Suicide Squad trapped in the world of H.G. Wells' FOOD OF THE GODS commission. Done and done!Pencils on an 11x17 sheet of heavy cardstock with an F lead. Inked with Microns and a Pentel pocket brush. Colored with Warm, Cool, and French Grey Prismacolor markers and Blue, and Green Grey Touch markers. A bit of Ballet Pink added to help pop the rat's mouths and skin. Highlights and other fx added with some white acrylic paint and a brush.

I have heard so many nice things about this commission! I hope that Dan can follow up this HG Wells inspired piece with another of my favorite works by that author: THE ISLAND OF DR MOREAU! Who would'nt like to see the Squad go up against some great Stalk-inspired Beast Men?

Another splendid piece, my friend. Once again, my wife (who normally is not interested in anything even remotely related to comic art) loves Karin's shoes and is now on the lookout for this style.
If you do another Squad piece, she suggests that Karin wear some nice backless mules that will show off her ankles!
