Description
Well, in case anyone was interested in what I was up to behind the scenes, during this relative hiatus in the last several weeks, it was working on a prospective MLP fan-film, called Regal, headed by one Ian Ballinger .Regal was intended to be the story of Equestria being completely taken over by Changelings, the princesses being kidnapped, and the Mane 6, our heroines, had to rescue them and all of Equestria against seemingly insurmountable odds.
But as it turns out, the Regal film was not to be. It has now come to my attention that it has been canceled. Just as well that it happened sooner, rather than later, when more time and effort had been invested.
The Bright side? I get to share with you what I created as a concept artist for this film project. I mostly did “bad guy” character designs. Any and all constructive criticism is welcome.
Above are depicted the Changelings. I hope you like them.
I will probably move to my scraps later.

it was a poster to help units identify the enemy, often used as a form of proparganda

You mean, like the Borg?
I don't know about that. Some fanon works seem to suggest that Changelings cocoon their victims, converting them into new changelings. That's kind of like the "Borg" assimilation process. But I didn't really get into that with these designs.

No the only question is when will I get to such a point to write about it. My current fic is about 16 chapters and I plan for their to be multiples of it. Probably in the next installment probably, if I do write them in they'd probably have something to do with my little parasprite ponies [link] . And before you ask yes I was bored and made a entire species off of parasprite ponies. I was bored at the time and made like four other types not listed their. It would probably include some sort of conflict between the two races.

I've never heard of flutter ponies before, they definitely look interesting. Probably aren't as deadly as the para sprite ponies though, if they were I'd be scared shitless ;-;

Well, I was thinking mostly of how new Queen bees have to go off and start their own colonies.

Did you click full view twice? The largest one is pretty large. Let me know and I can set it higher, but I wouldn't think it necessary.

The full view seems to bring the text in the image to the same size as the font in the description, at least on my screen. So if you can read the description, you should be able to read the text in the image.

Probably the latter.
My head-canon has it that the Changelings are a race distorted from their natural form of life, kind of like how the orcs were created by torturing elves, in The Lord of the Rings.
So each new queen is "taught" to be evil by her mother.
