Naturally, the longest chapter in 2p!HetaOni is immediately followed by the shortest chapter.For those wondering why 2p!England is lasting much longer than 1p!England did in his equivalent fight (2pHO C12 P4 versus HO C8 P1), it's simply because 2p!England is much better at resource management. While 1p!England used up all his energy immobilising all of the Thing, 2p!England only immobilised a few key tendons and ligaments in the arms and legs. This does mean that the Thing is technically still a threat, but if you keep your distance, you'll be fine.

Come to think of it... (At least one) Prussia called Canada and told him about the Thing's weakness.
The dead Prussia is therefore most likely either the "current" time-line's Prussia, or the past one who wrote that letter and signed it from Gilbert.
Which in turn means there is probably (hopefully) also still one real Prussia alive running around somewhere, most likely with a version of England.
(Judging from the icons for the phone call, at least, since the "current" England was with France at the time and shouldn't have been able to be with Prussia at that point.
... Unless there are even more timeΒ shenanigans than we, the audiance currently know of, then.)
