You've always written England (both 1P and 2P) well - your 'Magician' rendition of him is very good.

England is one of my favourite characters. As such, he also benefits from decent character development (which can make other characters unfortunately look about as dimensional as a dot on a piece of paper).

Naah, I think all your characters are well written and, while perhaps not as fleshed out as they could be, still 'human' enough to be relatable and understandable, despite them being 2P's. Your Italy is very well done, he's still the knife throwing maniac people seem to attribute to 2P!Italy, but you've also added your own characteristics and perhaps subtracted from others - he still gets angry when stressed but never enough to suddenly commit a murder like in a lot of fiction, he's a lot more sly and quick thinking, still skilled in combat but also with a humane side, the side of him that keeps on going back to save ALL of the other nations, despite how much he denies the fact that he wants to save them all. Maybe it's also for his own gain, but like in the original we don't really know how long he's been in the mansion - maybe somewhere along the way he came to actually care.

But that's only one character in a large cast that you've managed to make interesting. It's hard to balance character inclusion, so your use of grouping also works very well.
