So Snips and Snails becomes Sugar and Spice, keeping the relation to the poem intact. And since Cutie Marks are irrevocably tied to destiny and the changes made to genderswap their universe does not affect their destiny, ergo, no changing of the cutie mark. I NEVER change the cutie marks when I genderswap, because it makes no sense to.
