Shapeshifting
There's no real limit to Baxter's shapeshifting abilities. He can take whatever form he wishes, usually keeping a theme similar to his "neutral" form, but he's also able to take completely random and messy forms that makes no sense to the laws of our universe.

Shapeshifting includes, but is not limited to: Warping his complete being, materialize "armour", sprout additional or new limbs, mimic other beings, alter his size.

Energy manipulation
His Energy manipulation abilities are about as vast as his shape shifting. He can create illusions, warp light, create energy constructs, and more.
