Description This was an experiment in showing metal and stone (with lichen) using Prismacolor markers. I'm daft, I know. My students are working on celtic knotwork right now, so I chose a celtic spiral theme.

Great deep, strong colours with beautiful details. I'm sure Odin would recognize his own.

Thank you, very much.
This is a metaphorical mythological portrait of me and my friend & teaching partner. We're pretty sassy.
I love how magpies and crows have that crazy blue prismatic reflection in their feathers, like oil on water.

Thank you for your gracious comments. I like your collages as well. Especially Crying a River and Joan of Arc.

Why are you daft? This is so awesome. I love the movement of the birds. How do you get such good detail where the pages meet in the middle? That seems like it'd be immensely diffiecult

Tiny little gnomes.

Daft because I put myself into these situations.

It's been such a long time since I've seen your work on here. (Has it really been a year?) In any case, I really love the colors of this piece and the style. (It reminds me of the weirden disk.)

You're having your students do knot work, eh? That must be fun! (If not also quite frustrating...)

Thanks. Yep, frustrating for them. (Wah hah hah!)
